9/16/2020 11:29:43 PM
EARLY TIMES REPORT

JAMMU, Sept 16: All Central, Provincial and District Body leaders of Jammu and Kashmir All Department Clerical Staff Association (JKADCSA- Ministerial Federation) in one voice, strongly condemned the attack on one Revenue employee namely Jan Mohammad posted at Tehsil Office Bishnah.
Jeelani Naik President JKADCSA, Gurmeet Singh Provincial President JKADCSA Jammu, Ashish Sharma Senior Vice Provincial President JKADCSA Jammu and others while condemning the incident said that the attack was executed by unknown and unscrupulous persons and the video of the whole incident is available on social media, which clearly shows that it was a planned attempt to murder a particular government employee and the whole criminal act happened in front of general public.
They said that it is imperative to mention here that JKADCSA does not support any unfair and unlawful act, if carried out by the said victimized employee of Tehsil office Bishnah, but the same needs to be verified and enquired by the authorities established for the purpose and same could be brought into the notice of concerned Tehsildar, Deputy Commissioner and Divisional Commissioner, but question arises, who has permitted such culprits to take the law into their own hands by attacking a government employee, that too in the office of a Magistrate and in front of public, while discharging his official duties, adding that such culprits needs to be identified and booked under law.
They appealed to the Administration including Lieutenant Governor, Chief Secretary, Divisional Commissioner, Inspector General of Police Jammu, Deputy Commissioner Jammu and Senior
Superintendent of Police Jammu for booking the culprits under law by way of lodging a proper FIR against the culprits, and initiating stern action under law at an earliest, otherwise the Association and employees will be compelled to come on roads, in order to avoid such incidents in future.
