9/16/2020 11:55:36 PM

Early Times Report

Jammu, Sept 16: The Jammu and Kashmir Teachers Association JKTA held virtual meeting under the chairmanship of Joginder Kumar Digra UT Vice President of the Forum. Teachers from Bhalwal , Marh and Jammu Zone were participated in the meeting.
Joginder Digra appealed U.T. Director Samagra Shiksha Abhiyan Jammu and Kashmir to clear all the pending DA and salary arrears in favour of Grade-II and Grade lll Teachers. Especially Jammu Zone have not yet clear the DA arrears in favour of Grade ll teachers who were regularized in 2009 due to scarcity of funds. The JKTA also appealed to Director School Education Anuradha Gupta to give directions to CEO’s to transfer the surplus funds in favours of those zones who have pending liabilities of SSA with immediate effect. Parveen Kumar district President of Jammu also appealed to Director School Education Jammu that SSA upgraded middle school should be given I/c Masters posts to run the institute smoothly. It is unfortunate that these upgraded school have not I/c Masters since long time and working of these schools are badly affected. After threadbare discussion JKTA also opposed the ongoing IMPACT Training which is only for grade -ll and grade -lll teachers which is pure indisicrimination with teachers. Grade -II and Grade -lll Teachers have enough experiences of teaching because my mostly have more than 16 years of teachin experience and steady done Trainings by SSA time to time.
