Deputy Mayor JMC celebrates PM’s birth anniversary

JAMMU, Sep 17: Adv. Purnima Sharma, Deputy Mayor JMC celebrated Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s 70th Birth Anniversary by distributing sweets and stationary items among 70 Children at Choughan Salathia Park in ward no. 01. The program was conducted under the Seva Saptah, a week-long party campaign to mark the 70th birth anniversary of the Prime Minister on September 17, 2020. During the celebration, Gopal Sanotra (Add. Mandal Secretary ), Shubh Lata Sharma Jammu District General Secretary Mahila Morcha, Sunita Wazir Jammu District Mahila Morcha Vice President, Raman Abrol, Madhav Singh Thakur , Sudershan Ji and other prominent residents of the ward also accompanied the Deputy Mayor.
Speaking on the occasion Adv. Purnima Sharma said,” If we look at the politics of India post 2014, PM Modi not only became the prime minister but also changed raajneeti ki sanskriti (culture of politics) in the country, Before 2014, politicians would come, deliver speeches and make promises but would not keep them.
