Jammu, Sept 19: The Announcement of Mega relief revival package of Rs 1350 Crore by the LG of Jammu and Kashmir Manoj Sinha is worthless for the 60% population of Other Backward classes( OBC ) until the implementation of Mandal Commission Report which guarantees 27% reservation to poor peoples of OBC, the weaker section of other Backward classes, who were expecting their constitutional and legal rights since long were again cheated by this Modi led Government on the name of Union Territory, after the abrogation of Article 370 and Article 35 A, where all the central laws were immediately be implemented but the laws for the welfare of weaker section were ignored by this Modi led Government as well as all successive LGs of Jammu and Kashmir, the poor people were always being cheated, the Re -organisation Bill and Reservation Act of 2019 were proved a lollipops for the poor and weaker peoples of OBCs nothing else.
