JAMMU, Sept 20: On the directions of Deputy Commissioner Jammu, Tehsildar North Jammu Jai Singh today distributed 100 Domicile Certificates to the desired applicants at their doorstep in Excelsior Lane, Janipur Jammu.
While interacting with people, Tehsildar North Jammu said “The step is aimed at providing respite to the people from the hassle of visiting the offices of the Tehsildars to apply for the domicile certificate”, Tehsildar Jai Singh said, adding that the purpose of the campaign is that people get domicile certificate at doorstep. He said that the administration is organizing camps to provide domicile under proper SOPs in view of COVID-19.
Tehsildar North Jammu Jai Singh suggested that people take necessary precautions to combat the spread of COVID-19. He appealed to the people to cooperate with the administration and not to come out of their homes without wearing masks and follow social distancing so that we can achieve the desired results and make the nation free from COVID-19. |
