Jammu, Sept 24: Govt. Degree College Vijaypur organized an online national level competition on Gift/Toy Making and customized card making.
Students of various Schools, Colleges and Universities across the country participated in the competition and it was observed that most of the participants used biodegradable material for the gift/toy/card making.
In the gift or toy making competition, the first position was secured by Akansha Rajput of SMVDU, Jammu; second position was shared by Poonam Sharma of BMS Institute of Paramedical Sciences and Seema Thakur of GCW Gandhinagar while the third position was secured by Tamanna Sharma of GCW, Gandhinagar.
The consolations in gift or toy making competition were awarded to Samiksha Dagoria of GDC Billawar, Sanjeev Sarmal of Central Basic Higher Secondary School, Jammu, Simrandeep Kour of SKUAST, Jammu and Sanyum Kumar of IITM Murthal, Haryana.
In Customized Card Making first position was shared by Poonam Sharma of BMS Institute of Paramedical Sciences and Garima Gupta of SKUAST, Jammu; second position was secured by Akansha Rajput of SMVDU, Jammu while third price was shared by Tamanna Sharma of GCW, Gandhinagar and Simrandeep Kour of SKUAST, Jammu.
The consolations in customized card making were awarded to Shuvam Mankotia of GDC, Billawar; Seema Tahkur of GCW, Gandhinagar and Samriti of MAM PG College, Jammu.
The Jury comprised of Dr. Shittal Sharma, Prof. Anil Bhagat, Dr. Sunil Kumar Mangoch and Dr. Mohd Yousuf Rather.
