Jammu, Sept 24: National Mazdoor Conference (NMC) President Subash Shastri in the presence of DBPS President Ved ParkashSharma and others, today honored son of the soil and renowned National Dancer Yogeshwar Singh Jamwal who won second prizein the recently concluded three days interstate virtual dance competition helda Pune a beautiful city in the state of Maharashtra. About two hundred dancers fromvarious states of the country took part in this virtual competition. At a function held at Gandhi Nagar with maintaining social distancing, Shastri presented memento to renowned National Dancer Yogeshwar Singh Jamwal for his excellence in the field and worked him achieve further heights in performing art to earn name and fame around the world which he is capable for dancing was the passion form the childhood which he carried on with his diligence and hard work. The artists, has mesmerized the audiences by his performances in the length breadth of various parts of the country, has earned many prizes in different competitions which is proud privilege for the state, he said. B.S. Jamwal Retd. D.C was the Chief Guest while Ramesh Sharma General Secretary of BBDST who was guest of honor on the occasion, congratulated Jamwal for wining 2nd prize in the virtual interstate dance competition held at Pune recently.
