| NSS Foundation Day celebrated | | |

Kathua, Sept 24: NSS Units of GDC Kathua celebrated NSS Day 2020 in a very different way. As in this year pandemic Covid-19 on its peak and SOP are issued by Ministry of Home Affairs, units also decided to avoid social gathering in the college premises. In an effort to do some constructive work on NSS Day volunteers pasted posters issued by the Ayush Mantralaya on home quarantine and other guidelines on the wall of their locality. Volunteers also conducted door to door campaign regarding Precautions taken against Corona Virus and Home Quartine by following SOPs. Volunteers also made an appeal to the people of their localities to maintain social distancing,w ear mask and avoid useless visits in the crowded market. The entire activities were conducted under the supervision of College Principal Prof Assa Ram Sharma and NSS Programme officers Prof Manmohan Singh,Prof Ritu Kumar Sharma and Prof Neha Bandral. |
