Jammu, Sept 25: The Department of Youth Services and Sports District Jammu has organized Inter zonal District Level competitions under the Chairmanship of Dr. Saleem Ur Rehman, worthy Director General Youth Services & Sports J&K, and under the overall supervision of Sukhdev Raj Sharma, DYSSO Jammu, under all age group (Boys) in the discipline of Volleyball and Cricket gets underway today at Khelo Gaon Nagrota, Jammu in which about 300 Participants from 14 Zones took part in both the disciplines.
The inaugural ceremony was made by Sukhdev Raj Sharma, DYSSO Jammu in which Inspector Mohammand Shokwat, S.H.O Nagrota was the Chief Guest in this function. The Chief Guest interacts with the teams and advise the players to participate fully with full energy and show the best performance for the next level of tournament. The officials alongwith technical officials, escorted teachers, lecturers, Masters, Teachers were all present during the competitions. The activity incharge Ram Murti alongwith other officials of DYSSO Jammu who are present and manage all the necessities during the tournament. Zonal Physical Education Officer, Dansal, Veena Tikkoo plays a vital role to provide all the facilities possess in her Zone. |
