Jammu, Sept 25: Taking up the pending demands of locals with officials of PWD(R&B) , Former President BJP J&K and Ex MLA Sat Sharma (CA) toured Ward 35 and 38 of Jammu West Assembly segment along with District President Munish Khajuria, Corporators Yash Pal Sharma(Mantoo) and Surinder Sharma, Mandal President Raveesh Mengi, officials of PWD, local residents and political activists of the area.
Speaking on the occasion, Sat Sharma said that the demands of locals including Jammu province and particularly of all 26 wards of Jammu West Assembly segment concerning Black topping of roads in each and every nook and corner of Jammu West have been notified a month before to concerned authorities and officials of PWD including Chief Engineer and Executive Engineers for which it is now been seen that the works of macadamization is taking place everywhere and Jammu West is not untouched from it. He appreciated the efforts of PWD for taking up long pending works in all wards of Jammu West as well and stated that wherever required the works will be done so that best possible infra could be provided to the masses at their doorsteps. Munish Khajuria said that due to the efforts of Former MLA, Jammu West is witnessing Blacktopping works in every sphere of the Constituency. He said hundreds of crores were spent during his tenure as MLA in Jammu West and even now he is more concerned about the developmental scenario in the Constituency and helps people in every way possible.
