Jammu, Sept 26: A joint session of the Working Committee, the Secretariat and the District Presidents of JKNPP unanimously resolved to hold party elections on October 8th, 2020 for which the notification was issued today. The elections to the post of Chairman and State President of Jammu & Kashmir National Panthers Party shall be held for the term of 2020-2023. Harsh Dev Singh Chairman JKNPP convened the session. Balwant Singh Mankotia State President and Yashpaul Kundal State President Young Panthers also presided at the meeting. The WC appointed Gagan Pratap Singh as Returning officer and Capt. Anil Gour as Assistant Returning Officer for the elections. The Election notification which was issued today read as Nomination Forms will be issued and received from Monday, 28th September to Wednesday 30th September 2020. Scrutiny of Nomination Papers filed by the contesting Candidates will be on Thursday, 1st October, 2020. Withdrawal of Nomination Papers of the Candidates will be on Friday, 2nd October, 2020. Declaration of Candidates contesting Elections of Chairman & State President will be on Saturday, 3rd October, 2020. Voting on Thursday, 8th October, 2020 at Party Headquarters, Jammu.
