Jammu, Sept 26: Consumer Welfare Association CWA, Jammu in a virtual meeting expressed serious concern over the pathetic situation in Government Medical College and Hospital from where a video also went viral. They appealed the UT Administration and those at the helm of these affairs to rise to the occasion and make adequate arrangements for taking proper care of patients. CWA proposes that, in view of shortage of beds in the hospitals, some halls/ resorts generally used for marriage and other functions, or some religious Ashrams ,be used for accommodating Corona patients , with all facilities like it was done by the Delhi Govt. “CWA , and people of Jammu are also keen to know what were the observations , and recommendations of the Central team which was deputed to Jammu on the initiative of Dr Jatinder Singh, Union Minister, in view of exponential rise of Corona cases in Jammu”, SK Gupta president of Association said.
