RAJOURI, Sept 29: District administration Rajouri has issued 3400 revenue documents, including 3145 Domicile certificates and redressed 78 percent grievances received during the unique three week outreach initiative- Jan Abhiyan.
The individual benefit services have been paced up during the ongoing flagship Jan Abhiyan programme in the district owing to overwhelming response from the public in all the blocks.
Received during the Jan Sunwai sessions held in the district, the administration has redressed 78 percent grievances pertaining to different departments including PDD, PWD, PMGSY, Social Welfare department and others. The remaining grievances would be redressed by or before the next Block Diwas.
Under Jan Adhikar Session, as many as 3400 revenue documents including 3145 domicile certificates were issued. Apart this, 56 labour cards have been issued and around 200 applications related to individual oriented benefit schemes disposed of. Similarly a number of pension cases were sanctioned, while special drives for Adhar enrollment were conducted.
During Jan Unati session, a number of MGNREGA works have been started and an amount of Rs 75 lakh has been credited into the accounts of the MGNREGA beneficiaries.
