JKTA Called on Director Samagra regarding IMPACT Training

Jammu, Sept 30: A Highlevel Delegation of JK Teachers Association led by its UT President Bhupinder Singh called on Director Samagra Arun Manhas regarding ongoing IMPACT Training. In the meeting, the various doubtful aspects of the training were put into consideration thoroughly and Particularly discussion on 3rd phase of assessment and reflection of IMPACT. The director Samagra put an hold to all doubtful aspects and cleared that there is nothing adverse against the Grade ll/lll Teachers and no need to be panic.
Meanwhile the director issued the order no. Edu /SPD /sms/30436-59/2020 dated 30/09/2020 on the spot and clarified the aspects in detail includes that a Teacher has to Conduct his/her Field Work in his/her Habitation/Village or in the Vicinity of his/her home as the Schools have not been opened yet and the assessment and evaluation is actually a feed back tool for the Principal Diet to assess Pre Training and Post training outcomes and after the Completion of all the three phases of Training by a teacher, there Shall be no grading/Mark's involved for Certification. Moreover the Power Point Presentation about field Work shall be sent to his/her Mentor through WhatsApp or email and no face to face interaction or demonstration of the PPT needed. Director also praised the performance of teachers and Particularly Grade ll/lll Teachers during this ongoing IMPACT Training. Bhupinder Singh appealed to the teachers that there is no need to be panic as the meeting was held in cordial atmosphere and all doubtful aspects are cleared by Director Samagra.
Prominent among the meeting includes Vice President Joginder Digra, Finance Secretary Sanjeev Guleria, Provincial Chief Spokesperson Manmohan Singh, Executive Member Shokat Chouhan,DP Samba Dhrub Singh, DP Reasi Sajad Malik,DP Poonch Choudhary Ishaq, DP Doda Ray Raj Thakur, DP Ramban Vikram Katoach, DP Jammu Parveen Kumar, Sudhir Singh, Rakesh, Narinder Nagra and Irfan.
