Jammu, Sept 30: The 2 J&K Girls BN NCC, Jammu and NSS Unit of Government Degree College R.S. Pura organized an online poetry recitation Competition in ongoing celebration of 150th birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi on the theme Gandhi as Father of Nation.
Under the supervision of Prof. Bindu Kumari, NSS Programme Officer and Lt. Shaveta Chowdhary, ANO Girls NCC, a total of 15 NSS volunteers and 15 Girl NCC Cadets participated in the online poetry competition. The cadets and volunteers recited beautiful poems depicting the relevance of Gandhian thought and philosophy. The poems were recited in multiple languages and were lauded by principal of the college. |
