10/1/2020 11:25:59 PM

Early Times Report

Jammu, Oct 1: Bhartiya Mazdoor Sangh (BMS) Jammu and Kashmir has supported the agitation of daily wagers in a meeting held at Jammu.
The meeting was attended by Subash Verma President BMS, Ashok Choudhary General Secretary BMS, Harbans Choudhary, Chuni Lal, Sachin Bali Rohit Seth and Neelam Sharma.
BMS alleged that the government is not resolving the burning issue of daily wagers regularisation which is hanging since long and more than sixty thousands daily wagers working in different departments for more than 20-25 years. But no any serious efforts has been done for making regularisation policy so for even their wages are pending for the last more than sixty months and these poor workers facing starvation. That due to the strike of PHE workers public is suffering badly as water supply has been effected and there is hue and cry in all public linked services Bhartiya Mazdoor Sangh central leadership has also appealed to L.G Jammu and Kashmir for resolving the issue.
