National Cricket Club Reasi won Final of Police Martyrs Memorial T20

REASI, Oct, 23: In the ongoing "Police Martyrs Memorial Cricket Tournament" being played at General Zorawar Singh Sports Stadium Reasi, today final weas played between National Cricket Club Reasi and Hindustan Cricket Club, Reasi.Batting first NCC scored 153 runs and bowled out Hindustan Cricket Club at just 112 runs and won the match by 41 runs.
Vickey of NCC scored 59 runs with 04 sixes and 03 boundries . He was given good support by Veru and Rakesh who scored 25 and 20 Runs respectively. In reply HCC could not bat well and were bowled out for just 112. Jaswant of NCC took 04 wickets.
Kamlesh Pandita Hon'ble Chairman District Legal Services authority Reasi was chief guest on the occassion . Speaking on the occasion he appreciated the efforts of SSP Reasi and his team for organising the cricket tournament and for giving opportunity to the youth of Reasi to nursh their talent. Speaking on the occasion Reasi Rashmi Wazir (JKPS) SSP Reasi highlighted the bravery, courage and valour of the Martyrs and paid rich tribute to the Martyred Polices Personnel. They said that our martyrs without caring for their lives fought till their last breath for peace of J&K and added that they gave supreme sacrifices of their lives while protecting and safeguarding the nation.
Chief guest and other dignatries awarded the trophies to Winner team and top performer of the tournament. Man of the Series and best bowler of the tournament awarded to Jaswant Singh of National Cricket Club Reasi, who took 12 wickets and also 22 runs in the tournament.
