Early Times Report
JAMMU, Oct, 23: Adv. Suresh Kumar Dogra Chairman OBC Deptt. Pradesh Congress Committee J&K said that on 5th August, 2019, the Home Minister of India Amit Shah had openly stated in a Rajya Sabha that the OBC peoples of Jammu & Kashmir would be more benefited after the Abrogation of Article 370 and 35A but nothing has been done .
He alleged that it had effected the permanent resident of J&K also due to settlement of more OBC peoples in the present UT and despite of Implementation of all Central laws, the Underprivileged peoples of OBC remained deprived of their long pending demand of Implementation of Mandal Commission report which speaks the 27% reservation. Adv. Dogra further added that so far as the caste basis Census is concerned, there is a difference between the Home Minister of 2014 , Rajnath Singh and Home Minister of 2019 Amit Shah, First says "there will be a column for OBC population in the Census of 2021 and later denied, and every time the BJP Leaders kept on befooling the OBC peoples either in centre as well as in J&K and we are thankful to Supreme Court of India who issued a notice to Govt. of India for filing the objections after a writ Petition filed by the representative of OBCs within India and the said aggrieved peoples are hopeful for the justified Judgment.
