Govt must justify amendment in CSR: AAP
10/24/2020 11:34:04 PM

Early Times Report
JAMMU, Oct, 24: Seeking justification from Modi led BJP government over amendment in Civil Service Rules (CSR), the J&K unit of Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) said though constitutional provision is there regarding premature retirement of government employees, but why only J&K is selected for emergency implementation.
In a press release issued today, AAP leader Deep Singh said that is everything all right in other BJP governed states or merely some selective communities in J&K are to be targeted?
He said that as an open fact, BJP and its Modi Govt's communal agenda was fully exposed since 2014 but the way it is dealing with J&K's sensitive affairs is beyond expectations and against the national interest.
Though provisions are being laid down in the constitution but recent decision in J&K related to premature retirement of Govt employees is quite surprising and vague particularly in present badly shacked political scenario, if it is linked with any accountability check then too such an order should have been implemented in other BJP ruled states first.
Modi Govt and its UT level associates must justify it, and if BJP's LG administration was well-wisher of J&K then they would have ordered any time bound investigation against BJP's corrupt former ministers within coalition Govt with PDP? he said and added the said order is being noticed as totally suspicious and communal agenda based.
