SRINAGAR, Oct, 24: The Jammu and Kashmir Pradesh Congress Committee (JKPCC) today castigated the Govt over its move relating to retirement of the employees in Jammu and Kashmir
Party terms new retirement rules anti-employee, warns of dire consequences
Expressing serious concern over the anti-employee decision taken by the Govt, the J&K Pradesh Congress Committee President G.A. Mir has said that such move will have far reaching consequences, being done to intimidate the employees of Jammu and Kashmir, which will not be tolerated.
Mir said such designs are being employed precisely to create fear psychosis among the people and terrify them in different ways aiming to curtail their genuine voice.
The notification/SRO is bound to cause insecurity among the employees, G.A.Mir added and said It is obviously a tool to the government and bureaucrats to suppress their juniors, besides causing uncertainty for them, while having the potential to exploit them (employees) by higher ups.
What was the need of this SRO, as that, there were already several laws in place to government employees, PCC President questioned?
