Katra, Oct 24: The eight days Prabhat Pheri in the holy town of Katra-Vaishnodevi concluded today morning which was jointly organized by J&K Association Prabhat Pheri and Public Katra in association with SMVD shrine board, district administration and Municipal Council Katra.
The function concluded amidst chanting of bhajans & beating of drums at bus stand Katra.
Today’s attraction was dance performance by God Shiva and nadhigans showcased by baldev and party and they chanted the jaikaras of maa vaishnodevi and danced to the beats of drum all along the route.
Association members present on the occasion were Ajay Sharma,.Ramnik Nawada, R.S Manhas,Rattan Sharma, Rja Kumar Dubey Rakesh Sharma, Renue Ji Dhar, Vimal Sharma, Rakesh Dubey. Among others present in the procession were Babu Ram, Rattan Chand, Ashwini Katoch, Rajinder Kumar Mengi, Murlidhar, Pawan Kumar Subash Chand, Rajesh Gupta, Tota Ram Kasturi Kerni, Virender Matto, Romesh Pandita, P.N.Koul and others. |
