KATHUA, Oct, 27: Pragatisheel Samajwadi Party (PSP) and Chairman All India Counter Terrorism Front Surinder Singh submitted an application for registration of FIR against Mehbooba Mufti for criminal conspiracy, sedition, inciting people of Kashmir and country for rioting, for disrespect to national flag by her utterances on October 23 at Srinagar which have been given wide coverage in print and electronic media. In his complaint, Singh stated that the statement of Mehbooba Mufti regarding national flag had hurt his nationalist feelings and insult to national flag is unacceptable. The action of Mehbooba Mufti is a well planned conspiracy against India, hence this application for registration of FIR against her may be accepted, it added. |
