SAMBA, Oct, 28: Today on 28.10.2020, Police party of Naka Nud, Samba while performing routine vehicle checking duty at Naka Nud, intercepted a Swift car bearing Regd. No. JK08D 6376 which was driven by one Narinder Kumar S/o Om Parkash Gupta R/o Kathua and moving from Srinagar towards Kathua side via Udhampur- Mansar-Samba road.
While checking of the said car, cash amounting to Rs. 30 lacs. was recovered to which the car driver couldn't provide any justification/ satisfactory reply on questioning upon him by the police party.
Accordingly, Income Tax Department was informed and the case has been handover over to them for further investigation. |
