POONCH, Oct, 28: Traffic police on the guideline of SSP traffic Jammu rural and under the supervision of DySP traffic Rajouri-Poonch range conducted nakas at various places of Rajouri and Poonch and charged fine from many traffic rules violators and sized many vehicles. According to the sources, DTI Poonch, SO and other officials of traffic police conducted nakas and made chalan of 104 vehicles, seized 30 vehicles whereas collected rupees 30,000/ from violators. DySP, DTI and other officials of the department on the occasion advised all traffic rules violators not to violate traffic rules and maintain complete documents of their vehicles, licenses. DySP further said, "don't use mobile phone when drive and don't drive while drinking" which caused death. He has appealed to parents of the youth not to give vehicles to their teen children for misuse. |
