| Inter-school martial arts competitions held | | |  Early Times Report
JAMMU, Oct, 28: Inter School District Level Martial Art competitions in the event of Young Mudo under AAG Boys & Girls gets underway today at Traditional Martial Art Academy Channi Himmat Jammu.
The Department of Youth Services and Sports District Jammu has organized Inter School District Level Martial Art Competitions in the event of Young Mudo under AAG Boys & Girls in two shifts today, under the Chairmanship of Sh. Saleem Ur Rehman, Director General, Youth Services & Sports, J&K Srinagar and overall supervision of Sh. Sukhdev Raj Sharma, DYSSO Jammu at Traditional Martial Art Academy Channi Himmat Jammu.
The inauguration function held at the venue under the supervision of Sukhdev Raj Sharma, DYSSO Jammu. He advised the participants to took part in the discipline with full energetic and enthusiasm. He also advised to obey all the guidelines of pandemic COVID-19. Ram Murti, I/C Activity alongwith other officials and technical officials of District Jammu were present at the venue. About 40 students players took part in first shift in different weight categories.
The main aim of the competitions is to select the best players for next level of tournament coming ahead. Matches were officiated by panel of experts of Department of Youth Services & Sports, District Jammu. |
