This law is going to benefit Jammu region in a big way. It will bring development and prosperity and the money acquired will increase the business and Industry in Jammu.
Chadha said we demand fist the land retrieved or to be retrieved from Roshni ACT, allotments or registrations, be sold to the buyers from the UT or from rest of the Country and lakhs of crores received by sale, be spent on the development of the UT in equitable share.
