| Justice Rabstan inspects courts in Udhampur District | | |

Udhampur, Oct 31: Administrative Judge for District Udhampur Justice Tashi Rabstan inspected Courts at district headquarters Udhampur and Ramnagar where he interacted with the judicial officers and lawyers and took stock of the functioning of the District Courts. Justice Rabastan was presented a guard of honour at district court complex.
During the visit, accompanied by Principal District and Sessions Judge Udhampur Mohan Lal Manhas, Administrative Judge held meeting with Additional District Development Commissioner, DGM JKPCC, XEn, PWD and after deliberation with them regarding Court Building of Ramnagar and Chenani gave on spot instructions regarding DPR of Chenani Munsiff Court and completion of Ramnagar court building which is almost complete so that it could be inaugurated as earlier as possible.
Administrative Judge also impressed upon the judicial officers for taking effective steps for disposal of the old cases. During the visit, Justice Tashi Rabstan interacted with the Members of Bar Association and also District Administration.
He also visited Newly constructed Sub Judge court Building at Ramnagar and gave spot instruction to DGM , JKPCC regarding its earlier completion. Some of the minor issues regarding infrastructure at Ramnagar Court were taken up with District Development Commissioner, Udhampur who immediately consented to provide financial assistance to make up the deficiencies. During Court inspection, he interacted with the Bar members and gave a patient hearing to their grievances and assured to redress the issues. |
