Dy Mayor reviews ongoing developmental work in Ward No 1

Jammu, Nov 10: Adv. Purnima Sharma, Deputy Mayor reviewed ongoing developmental work in Ward No. 1 in Choughan Salathia area.
It was old requirement of the locals of Choughan Salathia as the old deep drain was damaged due to which it was blocked again and again causing trouble to the residents of the Mohalla Choughan Salathia. Keeping this in account, Deputy Mayor is making sure that the construction is done properly and its quality is upto the mark so that none of the residents of the area have to suffer. Raj Khajuria AEE JMC, Mukesh JE JMC, Madhav Singh Thakur also accompanied the Deputy Mayor. Speaking on the occasion, Adv. Purnima Sharma said that the developmental works were delayed due to the corona virus pandemic and lockdowns but now everything is back on track and the developmental work in different wards have already been started and will soon be completed and will be upto the mark for the welfare of the General Public.
The locals praised and thanked the Deputy Mayor JMC for listening to their demands. At the end, Adv. Purnima Sharma, Deputy Mayor appealed not to wander out of their houses unnecessarily as COVID-19 cases are still on the rise and only to go out when it’s important and while wearing masks and practicing social distancing.
