DODA, Nov 21: Election Surveillance and Flying Squad teams formed for District Development Council elections swung into action today here across the district, while several checking points were put up at different places to keep tab on violation of Model Code of Conduct and other guidelines.
The designated Flying Squad and Static Surveillance teams laid checking nakas at different places.
An inspection drive was spearheaded by ADDC, Surat Singh, who is also the Nodal Officer for implementation of MCC in the district, along with the Tehsildars and Naib Tehsildars of the respective areas.
During the drive the ADDC Doda exhorted upon the field level implementing Officers/officials to keep close eye on every activity going on in their areas. |
