SAMBA, Nov 25: Continuing its stern action against illegal mining and illegal transportation of construction material, Samba Police seized 12 tippers across the District, which were being used for illegal transportation of the construction materials.
A Police team led by SDPO Bari Brahmana while performing night patrolling duty, intercepted 7 tippers near Toll Plaza Sarore, 3 Tippers at Naka NHW Balole Bridge, Bari Brahmana and 2 Tippers at Naka NHW Rakh Barotian,Vijaypur which were transporting construction material illegally without any valid permission.
All 12 vehicles intercepted by Samba Police were seized on spot and cases entrusted to Geology & Mining Department, Samba for further action. |
