COVID Vaccine
11/25/2020 11:17:03 PM

Finally, it seems that pandemic is about to end as the COVID-19 vaccine is likely to come by the beginning of next year.
People across the world are eagerly waiting for the shield to appear as the last nine months have been very difficult. The COVID-19 since its outbreak has claimed many lives and has hit everyone.
The lockdown which was enforced after the pandemic gripped the world led to economies getting shattered and many people becoming jobless. First few months of the lockdown wreaked havoc as the people had no idea about how to react to the situation. Three formulas which came to fore to prevent COVID-19 from spreading were masks, sanitizers and social distancing. As on date the medicos and experts are suggesting the same to remain safe. There has been no change in the protocol. But after the vaccine comes scenario is going to change as it would act as a shield. There are some concerns about possible side effects of the COVID vaccine. Most countries are ready to take the risk and seem to have agreed in principle that the manufacturers will be exempted.
The COVID-19 pandemic has taught many lessons to mankind. The first lesson that human beings have learnt is that nothing can be taken for granted as anything can happen anytime. The other thing which became clear is that lot needs to be done in the country, especially in Jammu and Kashmir, to improve the healthcare infrastructure.
The arrival of the COVID vaccine will lead to life returning to normal and the activities resuming again. Since the day lockdown has been lifted many activities have resumed but the people are getting infected and are dying daily across the country. This cycle will stop once the permanent cure is found. Now, it’s just a matter of time as the vaccines have already crossed the trial stages. The problem which maximum countries are facing is that of cold storage.
These vaccines have to be preserved properly for them to be effective. Once this issue is resolved, people will start getting vaccinated. A few organizations have already started demanding that these vaccines should be provided free to everyone, but till date the government has not disclosed how much will the COVID vaccine cost.
The preparations are in final stages and the with the arrival of 2021 situation is bound to improve.
