Jammu, Nov 28: RM Public School organised a Kirtan and Shabad programme to celebrate 551st Birth ceremony of Guru Nanak Dev Ji. The atmosphere of the school was filled with devotion and divinity by the Kirtan and Ardas.
After the kirtan, Prasad was distributed amongst the students and staff of the school by the school management. On the occasion, Principal Ravinder Kour shared her views on the teachings of the Great Guru. The Chairman of the school, Rameshwar Mengi recalled the teachings of Guru Nanak Dev ji and encouraged the students and teachers to instil His teachings in their daily lives.
The occasion was graced by the teachers from Shiksha Niketan Jeevan Nagar School and Pushp Vatika. Also, gracing the occasion were the staff members of Shiksha Niketan Gandhi Nagar.
Langer was organized by the school management to uphold the principle of equality among people. Special measures were taken by the management, keeping in mind the covid-19 pandemic. |
