Delegation of DADAA calls on Anurag Thakur

Jammu, Nov 28: A delegation of Doordrshan Approved Drama Artists Association (DADAA) Jammu called on Anurag Thakur Union Minister of Finance at Jammu today and apprised him of their long pending demands. The delegation comprising of J. S. Babli President, Madan Rangila Vice President and Janak Khajuria Secretary cum Spokesperson of DADAA which was led by the president of DADAA J.S.Babli, demanding of satellite (DTH) Duggar Channel and handover memorandum to him regarding the demands.
Babli President DADAA said that DADAA is demanding satellite Duggar Channel with sole aim to promote, protect and develop the rich culture, heritage and languages spoken in the Duggar land and also generate the employment. Further J.S. Babli President of DADAA said that more than one crore Dogri speaking population stretched between Mirpur, Bhimber, Bag, Siyalkot and Shakargarh in Pakistan and Gurdaspur, Pathankot and Hoshiarpur in Panjab and some portion of Himachal Pardesh. He, also apprised the advisor that Jammu is a suitable place being near to the International Boarder and Line of Control to propagate and promote the prospective polices of Govt of India in regard to Kashmir tangle to convince the masses living across the boarder effectively and counter the false propaganda against the state as well as our country by Pakistan.
