17 govt employees attached for MCC Violation

KISHTWAR, Nov 29: District Panchayat Election Officer Kishtwar Ashok Kumar Sharma today attached 17 government employees of Dachhan Block for violation of the Model Code of Conduct (MCC).
The action has been taken after receiving various written complaints as well as complaints received through social media against these employees in the ongoing DDC/Panchayat By elections.
The attached employees include Rayaz Ahmed Patwari PH Sounder, Pardeep Kumar supervisor DSW Dachhan, Mehraj-ud-din Forester Forest Division Marwah, Shiv Kumar teacher PS Panjdhara, Suraj Kumar peon RDD Dachan, Tulsi Ram teacher MS Ganaian, Mohd Irfan Supervisor SFC Dachhan, Rajnesh Kumar Dhar teacher PS Chicha Dachhan, Vijay Kumar teacher Dachhan, Govind Krishan teacher PS Gumb, Sanjay Kumar teacher MS Upper Janakpur , Suresh Kumar teacher MS Kalnu, Vineet Kumar wireless operator PHQ Jammu resident of Dachhan, Girdhari Raina class IV range Dachhan, Satish Kumar SPO PS Dachhan, Rakesh Kumar SPO PS Dachhan and Rakesh Kumar I/C Salesman Lopara Dachhan.
The employees were attached with the concerned Sectoral/ Distt.
Offices with immediate effect, till the 2nd phase elections of DDC/Panchayat By-elections in respect of Block Dachhan are concluded.
Mohsin Raza Sub-Divisional Magistrate Marwah was appointed as inquiry officer to conduct a detailed enquiry into the allegations leveled against the attached public servants and was directed to furnish a comprehensive report within 15 days for further action as warranted under rules.
