Jammu, Nov 29: The preaching of the saints never go in vain even in today’s era sermons given by GuruNanak Dev ji are followed religiously. The school abides by the tradition of inculcating values and sermons for the good of humanity and always travels an extra mile to ensure the same. Today the precincts of the school brimmed with piety and allegiance when special assembly was organized to commemorate birthday of first Guru Nanak dev ji in the benign presence of Rohini Aima (Principal Cum Vice-Chairperson) and coordinators.
Special assembly marked its beginning by highlighting the prominence of the day followed by shabd by Randeep Kour (Pgt Political Science) and Manpreet (Student of JSS). The assembly was organized by Megh Jyoti (Pgt English) guided by Avneet Budhraja (Senior Wing Coordinator) and compeered by Pusvinder (Student of JSS).
The entire event was concluded by the speech of Rohini Aima (Principal Cum Vice-Chairperson) who asserted that Guru Nanak Dev Ji had always devoted himself to the service of humanity and believed that all religions are the same.
Adding in her speech , she said that Guru Nanak Dev Ji always tried to enlighten the world by his teachings which majorly surround around shunning five evils Ego, Anger, Greed, Attachment and Lust which makes life miserable.
