BMS deputation calls on Director ESI Society, PF Commissioner

Jammu, Dec 2: A deputation of Bhartiya Mazdoor Sangh lead by Harbans Choudhary senior leader of BMS met with the Director Employees State Insurance Society as well as P.F Commissioner Abdul Rasid War and JKBOCWWD Chief Executive officer.
The deputation submitted memorandum of demands in the meeting and discussed about the non-payment of ESI medical reimbursement bills of workers who had deposited their bills since long and are facing financial hardships the commissioner issued instruction that payment of all the pending bills will be credited in the accounts of worker with in two three days and it was also brought in to his notice that working of ESI dispensaries are not proper as staff is not punctual toward their duties and ESI members I.P,s are suffering further it was also brought in to the notice the P.F cases are not being settled on first come first bases in Samba/Kathua District for which he gave strict instructions that in case of violation disciplinary action will be taken and it has been decided that first three days will be kept for PF cases work and remaining three days will be kept for data updating and it was also brought in to the notice that PF portal has stopped accepting the withdrawal cases and it was decided that only retirement, daughter marriage and on heath ground cases will be entertained now onward . It was also brought in the notice that date of accepting of education assistances cases be also increased from 15 December which he gave assurance that date will be extended suitably Ashok choudhary, State General Secretary BMS, Ishfaq Ahmed Chohan, Sachin Bali, Suresh Raina, Chuni Lal and Bua Ditta were present in the meeting the Commissioner gave patient hearing and assured that all the issues will be resolved at the earliest.
