samba, Dec 02: District Police Samba seized 7 vehicles (Dumpers) in the last 24 hours, which were being used for illegal transportation of the construction material.
A Police Party of PP Mansar while performing routine vehicle checking at naka Mansar, seized 4 Dumpers bearing Regd. Nos JK02CQ-8866, JK02CH-0132, JK21-8540 and JK21E-6585 for illegally transporting of construction material (Sand).
Similarly, a Police Party of PP Supwal while performing patrolling duty in its jurisdictional area, seized 3 Dumpers bearing Regd. Nos JK02CB-0975, JK02CK-0975 and JK21F-4399 at NHW near Nanke Chak, Samba for illegally transporting of construction material (Sand).
All the 7 vehicles intercepted by Samba Police in the above mentioned incidents were seized on spot and cases entrusted to Geology & Mining Department, Samba for further action. |
