| GDC, Paloura organises online extension lecture | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, Jan 6: The Psychological Counselling Cell, Career Counselling cell and Placement cell of Government Degree College Paloura organized online Extension Lecture on the theme "Anger Management in Adolescents" under the able guidance of Prof. Ramneek Kaur, Principal of the college.
The extension lecture was aimed to acquaint the students about the effects of anger on mental wellbeing of the individuals. Around a hundred students and teachers joined the online platform Google Meet to attend the lecture.
Dr. Rachna Devi, Assistant Professor, Department of Psychology, Government Degree College (Boys) Kathua was the speaker on the occasion.
Dr. Rachna highlighted the various psychological, social and emotional causes which trigger anger among the individuals. Prof. Pooja Sharma compered the proceedings of the programme and Vote of thanks was presented by Prof. Vishal Sharma. The whole programme was coordinated by Dr. Shivani Sharma. |
