Raman Suri lauds VHP for facilitating people to contribute towards Ram Temple construction

Jammu, Jan 7: Congratulating Vishva Hindu Parishad (VHP) for formally gearing up for launching ‘Shri Ram Mandir Nidhi Samarpan’ drive by establishing offices to enable people across world to contribute towards construction of the pious temple of Shri Ram ji at His Janambhoomi inAyodhya, Raman Suri urged people to donate with big heart as the money directed towards trust is exempted from being taxed and will be a contribution towards building the magnificent marvel, that will become a symbol of faith as well as Indian culture.
Shri Ram Mandir Nidhi Samarpan Drive will be launched by VHP throughout the country from 15th January 2021, that is the day of Makar Sankranti, till 27th February 2021, which will also be celebrated as Basant Panchmi. The collections through the drive would be made by coupons printed in the denomination of Rs. 10, Rs. 100 and Rs. 1000.
The offices, meant for enabling the devotees of Shri Ram ji to contribute towards temple building, will function in every nook and corner of J&K, and also Ladakh as part of the drive, Raman Suri said, adding that the Head Office has been inaugurated at Shakti Ashram,Rehari, Jammu yesterday.
He further said that people of these two Union Territories will have to play a major role in temple construction and their Kar Seva will prove to be a milestone in this huge endeavour.
Raman Suri said the temple is expected to be completed in three years for which the design and other formalities stand completed by the Trust. The proposed design illustrates a breathtaking Nagara-style architecture temple, consisting of three floors.
