UDHAMPUR, Jan 8: Health Department Udhampur today organised a dry run for COVID-19 vaccination here at three different locations viz District Hospital, Community Health Centre Ramnagar and Primary Health Centre Panchari. Additional District Development Commissioner, Ashok Kumar formally inaugurated the dry run, while 75 dummy beneficiaries participated in the dry run trial.
Chief Medical Officer, Dr KC Dogra, Medical Superintendent District Hospital, Dr Vijay Raina and District Health Officer, Mohammad Yaseen also inspected the dry run programme. Dr Alok Raina, pediatrician and Dr Payal Gupta, Medical Officer were the overall in charge.
Pertinently, the exercise is being organized for creating a abling atmosphere for safe and secure COVID-19 vaccination.
The supporting staff of District Hospital Udhampur and police also helped in conducting the dry run programme.
President 'Jiyo Aur Jeene do' a local NGO, Tariq Shah acted as the influencer for smooth conduct of dry run exercise. |
