Jammu, Jan 9: A memorandum of understanding was signed between American Oncology Institute (AOI) and Rotary International Distt Zone J&K in ASCOMS Jammu.
DGN Rtn. Dr. Dushyant Choudary signed on behalf of Rotary International District 3070 JK Zone and Dr. Mayank signed on behalf of American Oncology Institute for discounted Cancer Care Services to the patients duly authorised by the President of the respective Rotary Club.
Rtn. Sanjeev Vaid Zonal Chairman J&K (2020-21) and Rtn Sunil Kumar Sawhney Zonal Chairman (2021-22) , will be the Coordinator.
Under this project AOI will give discounts between 15 to 20 % to all the patients which will be recommended by the President of any Rotary Club of JK Zone.
The rates of discounts are Ist OPD completely free, 20% discount on various Radiation therapy packages, 15% discount on all IPDs surgeries (excluding drugs and consumables) Rs 1500 discount on Chemotherapy Administration charges and a flat discount of PET CT fees.
Giving further detail it was intimated that a patient sent to AOI Jammu by Rotary Club should have an authorisation letter signed by the President of Rotary Club to avail the discounts.
