Jammu, Jan 10: Hollow claims of administration of J&K has exposed once again where innocent student community of Tehsil Akhnoor, Jammu have to face the apathy of Tehsil administration for issuance of RBA, SC & ST certificates required for recruitment within different departments.
This was alleged by Aam Aadmi Party-JK, Jammu in a press release issued today here at Jammu for the media houses.
As per an Akhnoor Tehsil resident & AAP’s district committee member Manhor Lal Sharma, innocent students of whole Akhnoor Tehsil including Niabat- Sohal are being badly harassed by the tehsil & Niabats’ officials for issuance of RBA, SC & ST certificates by one reason or the other just as a bribe practice, release added.
On one hand LG administration use to stake claims of a credible govt in J&K whereas on the other hand lot of revenue department related formalities have been imposed for the said certificates those are not possible well in time & without bribe money, release further alleged.
Innocent students are being compelled by the Tehsil authorities to file affidavit attested by the Judicial Magistrate only whereas Notary attestation is also valid legally & moreover, a notary possesess an authorization of our Law department easily available to the applicant students, release alleged more. |
