GDC Akhnoor organizes " Best out of Waste" Activity

AKHNOOR, Jan 12: Department of environmental science organized on activity on the theme " Best out of Waste' on 2021 in which students of Environmental Sciences participated with full enthusiasm and dedication. The students used creative and innovative ideas to reuse and recycle waste products, creating beautiful decorative items which may become a source of earning and skill development. The whole activity was organized under the able guidance of the Principal of the college Dr. Namarta. About 100 students participated with full enthusiasm. The worthy Principal stressed that such programmes should be organized frequently and appreciated the organizing team. The activity was conducted by Prof. Shivani Sharma, HOD Environmental Science with the help of faculty members Shobha Devi and Aasma Sharma. Others present on the occasion were Prof. Ravi, Prof. Tarsem Lal, Prof. Indeevar Chanyal, Prof. Kuldeep Kumar, Prof. Rashmi,, Prof. Suresh Sharma, Prof. Sunil Kumar and Prof. Nisha Kalsi.
