| Vishal Club Jammu defeats Amandeep academy Amritsar | | Friendship Cricket Series of Under-19 boys | |  Early Times Report
JAMMU, Jan 14: Vishal Cricket Club Jammu defeated Amandeep Cricket Academy by 68 runs in the first match of the Friendship Cricket Series under-19 at Amandeep Cricket Academy Amritsar.
Batting First Vishal Cricket Club scored 242 runs for the loss of 5 wickets in 30 overs. Kanya Wadhwan 81, Arnav Gupta 56, Janveer 42 and Arman 38 runs were the main scorers. From the bowling side Happy and Sandy took 2 wickets each while Suhail took 1 wicket for his team.
In reply Amandeep Cricket Academy managed to score 174 runs for the loss of all wickets with Arsh 42, Gursahib 24 and Gurtez 16 runs. From Vishal Club Krishna took 4 wickets, kartik took 3 wickets and Aqib took 2 wickets. Thus Vishal club won the match by 68 runs.
The tour for the Jammu boys is being arranged by the Senior Cricketers of J&K and Members of the Indian Cricket Association in association with Vishal Cricket Club Jammu under the supervision of Rajesh Gill member ICA Member and Former Ranji Player with the objective to provide platform to the J&K Cricketers so that they can exhibit their cricket talents and to improve their match temperament while playing with other state players. |
