Suresh Bhaiyyaji launches fund collection campaign for Shri Ram temple

JAMMU, Jan 14: RSS General Secretary, Suresh Bhaiyyaji Joshi formally launched the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Temple Construction Fund Collection and Sampark Programme in Jammu and Kashmir Union Territory under its nationwide campaign. RSS’s Sarkaryavah started the campaign from Valmiki Mohalla of Gandhi Nagar locality of Jammu city and urged for participation of people for the construction of the Sri Ram temple with their contribution and active participation.
Apart from Valmiki Mohalla, Bhaiyaji Joshi also met Mahant Shri Manjit Singh of Shri Sant Mela Singh Technical Ashram at Digiana and accepted contribution for this campaign for the construction of temple. In Jammu and Kashmir province, this campaign will continue from Makar Sankranti i.e. January 14 to Mag Purnima, February 27. Speaking on the occasion Bhaiya Ji Joshi said that it is not just a fund collection event , but a programme to connect people and the society. He said that the people of Jammu and Kashmir have also made a remarkable contribution in every Kar Seva of Sri Ram Janmabhoomi with their physical, spiritual and monetary support. He said with the blessings of Shri Ram, the construction work of the grand temple in Ayodhya has started and millions of people have sacrificed themselves for the construction of this temple and hoped that this campaign would give impetus to the temple construction campaign. On this occasion, Brigadier Suchet Singh, Patron, Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Temple Construction Fund Collection and Sampark Programme, head of campaign in J&K, Abhishek Gupta, Mahanagar convenor Shakti Dutt and president of Santan Dharam Sabha Dadhichi were also present.
