| Tractor, trolley, dumber owners protest against lessees holders | | |

Samba, Jan 15: The Tractor Trolley and Dumber owners Samba District today organized a protest before the office of Sub Divisional Magistrate, Vijaypur against the lessees/licence holders/sellers of minor minerals of Block 1/11 Devak River regarding charging excess royalty than fixed by the Government Rate.
The tractor trolley and dumper owners were levelling serious charges against the lessees/licence holders/sellers for charging Rs. 1200/- per 100 CFT whereas the Government has fixed the rate Rs. 250/- per CFT.
Moreover, the lessees/licence holders/sellers are committing fraud by not mentioning the rate and amount in bills. The Sub Divisional Magistrate, Vijaypur assured the Tractor Trolley and Dumper Owners that the matter has been submitted to the Mining Officers of District Samba to take the appropriate action against the lessees/licence holders/sellers and further assured that if it will found in future that the lessees/licence holders/sellers are charging excess royalty then they would dealt with criminal law.
