Amandeep academy Amritsar defeats Vishal Club

JAMMU, Jan 15: Amandeep Cricket Academy defeated Vishal Cricket Club Jammu by 5 wickets in the second match of the Friendship Cricket Series under-19 at Amandeep Cricket Academy Amritsar.
Batting First Vishal Cricket Club scored 247 runs for the loss of all wickets in 43.5 overs. Kanhiya Wadhwan 59, Janveer 34, Shouraya 32, Rohan Gill 29 and Arnav 26 runs were the main scorers. From the bowling side Garv took 4 wickets, Jaideep Singh, Happy and Sandy took 2 wickets each for Amandeep Academy team.
In reply Amandeep Cricket Academy chased the target in 43.2 overs by losing 5 wickets thus won the match by 5 wickets. Jaideep 82 runs, Arsh 40,Happy 35 and Sandy 22 were the contributors of Amandeep Academy.
From Vishal Club Abay Tondon and kartik took 2 wickets each while Sachin Sharma took 1 wicket.
Jaideep Singh was declared as man of the match for his brilliant all round performance.
The match was officiated by Rahul, Karan and Raj.
The tour for the Jammu boys is being arranged by the Senior Cricketers of J&K and Members of the Indian Cricket Association in association with Vishal Cricket Club Jammu under the supervision of Rajesh Gill member ICA Member and Former Ranji Player with the objective to provide platform to the J&K Cricketers so that they can exhibit their cricket talents and to improve their match temperament while playing with other state players.
