Cong leader Varun visits Darugiran Mohalla | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT JAMMU, Jan 20: Congress leader Varun Magotra today visited Mohalla Darugiran in Ward No 15 of old Jammu city and took stock of the problems being faced by the residents of this area. While speaking on the occasion, Varun Magotra said that this Mohalla is one of the oldest localities of the city and has a historical importance but it has lost its sheen due to the constant neglect at the hands of the elected representatives mainly belonging to the BJP, adding that the locality needs preservation as well as beautification. He lambasted the BJP leadership for taking the people of Jammu for granted and said that the Mohalla is without proper hygiene and other basic amenities due to their carelessness. On this occasion, the members of the newly elected Mohalla Darugiran Welfare Committee were also felicitated. The Committee thanked Varun Magotra for his frequent visits to this Mohalla and for highlighting the genuine demands before the concerned authorities Those who accompanied Varun Magotra included Raj Kumar Sodhi (President), Tarun Kumar (Tinku) (chairman) Raj Kumar Mehra (Distt.
