Sat urges JK government to develop places holding religious importance

Jammu, Jan 21: Former BJP State President BJP Sat Sharma inaugurated newly constructed bathroom (Snan Ghar) for ladies and gents at Shivalikpuram area of Janipur, Ward 37 along with Corporator of Ward Sunita Gupta and Chairman Swach Bharat JMC & Corporator Ward 35 Yash Pal Sharma. The leaders were also accompanied by Mandal President BJP Raveesh Mengi, local residents, political activists and many others.
The works were done under the supervision of JMC (Jammu Municipal Corporation) at an estimated cost of Rupees 7 lakhs (approx.)
Speaking on the occasion, Sat Sharma said that during many times on deaths and uthalas, there was not a proper place in the area which could cater with the needs of the inhabitants but today the demand of thousands of people has been met for which he gave credits to the Corporator and Ward team for the same.
He said the places which hold religious importance were fully developed in Jammu West during his tenure and wherever necessary he still recommends the works for the same to the concerned officers of various departments.
He also highlighted major projects taken up in Jammu West which advanced the infrastructural development in the Constituency.
Sunita Gupta and Yashpal Sharma thanked the Former MLA for taking up the necessary works during his tenure which changed the overall aspect of development in Jammu West Assembly segment.
They also said that more developmental works of utmost importance will be taken up in coming days which have been recommended by Former MLA. They also talked about the development done in their Wards as Corporators.
Raveesh stated that BJP believes in the agenda of Nation First and our Former MLA has been on field right from day one to solve the grievances of the public.
He said though there is no elected Assembly in UT but still he interacts with hundreds daily and solves their problems from time to time.
