RAMBAN, Jan , 22: District Development Commissioner (DDC), Ramban, Mussarat Islam finalised the arrangements for Republic Day, 2021 celebrations in a meeting of district and sectoral officers, here today.
SSP, Ramban, Haseeb_Ur-Rehman, Commandant IRP, Amit Gupta, ADC Harbans Lal, ACR, Dhirendra Sharma, ACD Zameer Ahmed Rishu and other senior district and sectoral officers were present in the meeting.
The DDC stated that the district-level function for R- Day celebration would be held at District Police Lines Ground, Ramban. He directed the concerned officers to ensure interdepartmental coordination for making the National function a grand success.
He also urged all district heads to ensure their presence as well as their subordinate officers and officials on the Republic Day function both at the . district headquarter as well as SDM, Tehsil and Block levels.
In view of Covid-19 pandemic, the Republic day celebration would be limited and strict adhere to social distancing norms and wearing of masks.
The CMO was directed to ensure proper implementation of COVID-19 SOPs besides emergency healthcare arrangements at the venue on full shall be ensure on rehearsal and national day function.
In the meeting, threadbare discussion was also held on various arrangements related to the smooth conduct of the function like seating, barricading, drinking water and power supply, sanitation, fire services, security, transport, traffic regulations and other necessary arrangements on the national day function. |
